• Users must provide accurate personal and contact details.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any misuse of the arena, facilities, or equipment may result in penalties or permanent bans.
• All bookings must be made through the official website or mobile application.
• Slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Users must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in reduced playtime without compensation.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Cancellations are permitted as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Bookings canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled slot are non-refundable.
• Users must follow all on-ground safety instructions.
• Any damage to property caused by the user will be chargeable.
• Smoking, alcohol, and banned substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Tournament participation is subject to eligibility, rules, and registration guidelines.
• Misconduct or violations may result in disqualification.
FC ARENA PARK is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or accidents occurring due to negligence or misuse by the user. Users participate and play at their own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a booking due to:
• Maintenance
• Safety issues
• Unforeseen operational reasons
In such cases, an alternative slot or applicable refund will be provided.
FC ARENA PARK may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
