Refund Policy

At FC ARENA PARK, we aim to provide a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund experience. Please review the policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked time are not eligible for any refund. This is because the slot remains reserved and cannot be rebooked on short notice.

3. Mode of Refund

All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Payment gateway charges (1.75%–2% + GST) deducted during the transaction are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• No-show or failure to arrive on time
• Late arrival beyond the allowed grace period
• Violation of FC ARENA PARK’s Terms & Conditions
• Misuse of the facility or misconduct

FC ARENA PARK reserves the right to deny refunds if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
